1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "okbetgame," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the okbetgame platform and its operating entity, which provides online gaming services to players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the okbetgame website at okbetgame.vip, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming services and features.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okbetgame platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the okbetgame platform, through which the player accesses gaming services.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into a player's okbetgame account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by okbetgame.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine regulations before withdrawals can be processed.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the okbetgame platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. okbetgame strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okbetgame, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

okbetgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a player's age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by okbetgame may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. Any player found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility will have their account permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

By creating an account on okbetgame, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. okbetgame takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected underage access.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the okbetgame platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account on okbetgame, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during registration.
• Keep your account information current and notify okbetgame promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your okbetgame account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Notify okbetgame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okbetgame will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okbetgame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, okbetgame is required to complete KYC verification. This process requires you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

okbetgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine players. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

Important: okbetgame does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• okbetgame processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
• okbetgame reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any deposit or withdrawal transaction, which may result in temporary delays.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to okbetgame support immediately. okbetgame will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okbetgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your okbetgame account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all okbetgame bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game categories may have different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.
• okbetgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will result in account closure.
• okbetgame reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okbetgame platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and professionally trained dealers for live casino games. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of bets, and okbetgame does not manipulate game results in any way.

• Each game on the okbetgame platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any bets placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• okbetgame's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 of these Terms.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and card-counting software.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbetgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the okbetgame platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the okbetgame platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the okbetgame platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the okbetgame platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to okbetgame support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your okbetgame account.
• Accessing the okbetgame platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses okbetgame staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

okbetgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and resources that help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

okbetgame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the okbetgame platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders showing how long they have been playing and their net gaming activity during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

okbetgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okbetgame reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their okbetgame account may do so by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbetgame's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbetgame shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service beyond okbetgame's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
• Any unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude okbetgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbetgame platform — including but not limited to the okbetgame brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbetgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbetgame platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the okbetgame platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any okbetgame content.
• Use the okbetgame brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the okbetgame platform.

Any unauthorized use of okbetgame's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who believe their own intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the okbetgame platform should contact our support team with full details of their claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering on the okbetgame platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

okbetgame will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of our services, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the okbetgame support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okbetgame will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the matter. okbetgame cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and dispute resolution processes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okbetgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okbetgame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the okbetgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
